Mr. L.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner’s grievance is that even though she has completed her three years tenure of Senior Residency in respondent No.3-Medical College on 23.09.2025, yet she has not been relieved from the said post. The petitioner intends to undergo one year of mandatory field posting in terms of Clause 11.1 of the Prospectus 2019-2020 for Centralized Counselling and Admission for Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) Courses. 3. Let learned Assistant Advocate General to have instructions from the respondents about relieving the 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 petitioner, in case, she has completed her due tenure of Senior Residency. Instructions be placed on record within two weeks. List on 10.11.2025.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instructions dated 06.11.2025 placed on record by the respondents have redressed the grievances of the petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition to stand disposed of as the grievances of the petitioner now stand redressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
