The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025, registered under sections 125, 326(F), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 329(3), 324(4), 352, 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 and section 3 and 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R has been registered against 100-200 unknown persons and 17 named accused persons. He then submits that allegations are made of setting the hywa on fire however allegations are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of setting the hywa vehicle on fire. 5. Considering that allegations are there against 100-200 unknown persons and 17 named persons and further the allegations are general and omnibus against all the accused persons and petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition, I am inclined to ( 2025:JHHC:30771 ) grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribag, in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.06.10.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
