As there is none today to represent the respondent, he is ordered to be proceeded against ex parte. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the transfer of the proceedings which have been initiated against her under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Una, District Una, H.P. to Dharamshala. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not feasible to her to defend herself at Una in the said proceedings because of the reason that she is a resident of District Kangra and 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:36006 further as she has received threats from the respondent. 4. As there is no objection to the averments so made in the petition, this Court is of the considered view that it would be in the interest of justice in case these proceedings are ordered to be transferred to Dharamshala, where certain proceedings which have been initiated by the petitioner against the respondent are already pending. 5. This petition is accordingly allowed, as prayed for, and the proceedings filed by the respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, presently pending in the Court of learned Principle Judge, Family Court-cum-District Judge, Una, District Una, H.P. are ordered to be transferred to Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. 6. The petition stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
