1. Heard Mr. Samarth Singh Marhas, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner as well as Ms. Monika Thakur, learned State counsel, appearing for the respondent/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:
“I. Call for records of Criminal Case No. 347/2022 pending before Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh; & II. Quash the order dated 05.07.2025 passed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.08.14 19:48:47 +0530
2 Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh in Criminal Revision No. 12/2025; & III. Quash the order dated 04.01.2025 passed by Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh in Criminal Case No. 347/2022; & IV. Discharge the Petitioner from the charge of offences punishable under Sections 294, 506 Part II, 498 - A, 323 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code in Criminal Case No. 347/2022 pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant’s discharge application has already been rejected, and today is the date fixed for framing of charges before the concerned trial Court. Therefore, he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
