1. The order impugned in this appeal emanates from case No. 689/2021 titled Surista Devi and Anr. Vs. Ramesh Kumar being an application under Section 20(3) of the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act,
1956.
2. It has been brought to our notice by learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the proceedings in the aforesaid case, pending before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu, stand terminated in view of the compromise recorded by the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant passes on an order dated 13.08.2025 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu in the aforesaid matter, which is taken on record.
4. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is rendered infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
