Post Madhupur Case No. 2069/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 153, 147 & 174(C) of the Indian Railway Act, 1989, pending in the Court of learned Railway J.M., Madhupur. 3. The petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have placed stone on the railway track to stop the train. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by learned Trial Court itself. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway J.M., Madhupur in connection with R.P.F.
