The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1) and 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Satyabhama Kumari, learned J. M., 1st Class, Dhanbad. On 20.05.2025, the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant, who is a married lady and raped her. It is further alleged that on 19.06.2025, when the informant was in her parental house, the petitioner again went there and raped her. Petitioner happens to be the cousin of the husband of the informant. Attention has been drawn towards the First Information Report of Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No.41 of 2018 where the prosecutrix has made similar allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that police has submitted final form in that case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Satyabhama Kumari, learned J. M., 1st Class, Dhanbad or her successor, in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) October 16, 2025 Jay/-
