The judgement was pronounced on 10.9.2025 disposing all the appeals and the connected applications. However, this has not been formally recorded in the judgement dated 10.9.2025. 2. Accordingly, after paragraph 139 the following paragraph as paragraph 140 shall be added. “140. All the appeals along with connected applications are accordingly, disposed of.
