The instant Cr. M. P. No. 2962 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 10177 of 2025, which was dismissed for default vide order dated 23.06.2025 passed by this Court. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, he could not mark the list and as such, could not appear on 23.06.2025 and as such, the Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 10177 of 2025 stood dismissed for default. It is submitted that he will argue the case on merit and hence, Cr.M.P. No. 2962 of 2025 may be allowed and Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 10177 of 2025 may be restored to its original file. 4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from going through the records and in view of the averment made at para-5 and 6 of this Cr. M. P. No. 2962 of 2025, the present Cr. M. P. No. 2962 of 2025 is allowed. Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 10177 of 2025 is restored to its original file. 6.
