There is no representation for the respondent today. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that parties could not be contacted, the Civil Revision Petition is closed in terms of the interim order. The interim order makes it very clear that the petitioner was required to deposit 50% of the decretal amount together with costs and interest within a period of eight (08) weeks, failing which stay would be vacated. 4. There is no information on the compliance of the interim order dated 12.11.2010. As such, there is no other go rather to close the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
