The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article C226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 2 10.2 That, the respondents may kindly be directed by writ of mandamus to forthwith produce the entire records, for perusal before this Hon'ble High Court. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble High Court, may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent's authorities, to grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Grade II, with all consequential benefits with effect from 27.09.1995 i.e. from the date when the persons junior to the petitioner have been granted promotion and set aside the impugned order dated 24.06.2019 passed by the respondent no. 2, (Annexure P/1), in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.5 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that sole petitioner has died, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 3.
