On 30-07-2025 learned counsel for the State was directed to seek instructions from the Director, Public Instructions, State of Chhattisgarh, Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 Raipur with respect to the sanctioned post of Lecturer Geography/Economics at Higher Secondary School Devnagar, Block Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur because the petitioner claimed that only one vacant sanctioned post of Lecturer Geography/Economics was there at Higher Secondary School Devnagar and he could not be joined there at Devnagar school as one Lecturer Geography was already posted there. 2. On instruction dated 14-08-2025, which has been submitted by the State counsel, it is submitted by him that there is two sanctioned post of Lecturer Geography/Economics at Higher Secondary School Devnagar, Block Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur and therefore, the petitioner can join there at Devnagar school. 3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and further considering that two sanctioned post of Lecturer Geography/Economics is available at Higher Secondary School, Devnagar and one Lecturer Geography is already working and second post of Geography is lying vacant in which the petitioner can very well join his service at Devnagar school, I do not find any scope for interference in the impugned order of his posting dated 04-06-2025.
