Since common questions of law and facts are involved in all the above captioned review petitions and similar reliefs have been prayed for, this Court, after clubbing all the cases together, heard them jointly and are being disposed of vide the common judgment. 2. Though, having carefully perused the grounds taken by the review petitioners in review petitions vis-à-vis judgment sought to be reviewed, this Court has no hesitation to conclude that there is no error apparent on the face of the judgment sought to be reviewed and as such, no interference is called for, however, having taken note of the reply filed by the respondents, perusal whereof reveals that respondent-Bank had recommended the case of the petitioners for regularization in terms of policy, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition(s) with the observation that recommendation, if any, made by the

respondent-bank to the Registrar Cooperative Societies for considering the case of the petitioners for regularization or framing contractual policy shall be considered afresh without being influenced by the judgment dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No. 3874 of 2022, titled Kamal Kumar versus The H.P. State Co-operative Agriculture & Rural Development Bank Limited and others alongwith connected matters. Ordered accordingly. (Sandeep Sharma),
