2. In the light of the interim orders passed by this Court, Police are not calling the petitioner to the police station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home upon written instructions would submit that, a crime has been registered by respondent No.6 in Crime No.916 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC on the file of the Patamata Police Station on 05.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the police not to call the petitioner to the police station and interfere in the civil dispute. No order as to costs.
