Learned counsel appearing for respondent/contemnor would submit that the final report under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. has been prepared on 28-07- 2025 and submitted before the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur (C.G.) on 31-07-2025, though there is some delay on the part of the Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 Investigating Officer, but due to unavoidable circumstances the same could not be filed earlier and now it has been filed. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the final report has been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, at present the petitioner’s grievance has been redressed, however, liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to repeat his prayer if occasion so arises and the present contempt petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, further considering on the statement of respondent that on 31-07-2025 the final report has already been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, the present contempt petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to repeat his prayer if occasion so arises. 5.
