It was recorded in the order dated 12.04.2022 that the demolition order has already attained finality, as there was no stay to the execution of the order. It was informed to the Court that the demolition drive shall be carried out and the compliance report shall be filed. 3. An affidavit is filed by the Chief Officer, Ponda Municipal Council, informing the Court that the demolition order dated 18.02.2019 is duly executed. The affidavit is accompanied with the compliance report. 4. In the wake of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the Petition for adjudication, the Petition stands disposed of. 5.
