The present appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 21.09.2023 passed in F.C.O.P No.264 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court - Cum - VII Additional District Judge, Anantapuramu. ...Respondent 2. The appellant/wife filed the said O.P under Section 27 (1)(d) of Special Marriage Act, seeking to dissolve the marriage between the appellant and the 3. respondent, which took place on 13.12.2017. The learned Family Court Judge dismissed the said O.P., by an order and decree dated 21.09.2023. Referring to I.A No.1 of 2025, the learned counsel on both sides states that the parties have entered into a compromise and filed separate affidavits dated 27.04.2025, copies of which are filed along with the compromise petition. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the marriage dated 13.12.2017, solemnized between the appellant and the respondent may be dissolved. 4. Both the appellant/wife and the respondent/husband appeared before this Court. They are identified by their respective counsel. 5. On the specific query by the Court, the appellant has stated that she had voluntarily agreed for dissolution of the marriage, however, subject to the terms which are reduced into writing, and set out in the agreement of settlement dated 20.01.2025 and referred to in the affidavits dated 6. 27.04.2025. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties in terms of the agreement, the marriage dated 13.12.2017, solemnized between the appellant and the respondent, is dissolved, by setting aside the order and decree dated 21.09.2023 in F.C.O.P No.264 of 2021. 7.
