Then the accused shouted loudly. Later, the injured was shifted to the Government Hospital for treatment. 4) Heard. Perusedtherecord. 5) On a perusal of the material available in record goes tO Show that the accusation as against the petitioner is that because of the disputes I-=Eii 2 Jr/ amongst them, the accused were alleged to have beat the victim with bricks and stI'CkS On the left side of the head, rI-ght leg and right side of the forehead causing bleeding injuries and dumb injurl-es over left leg. 6) Learned AssI'Stant Public Prosecutor, on instructl'ons, submitted that the l'njuries sustained by the defacto complajnant are simple lan nature. In the facts and cl|rcumstances of the same, thI-S Court is l'nclined to consI-der the prayer of the petjtI-Oner for grant of antjcipatory bail. 7) Accordl'ngly, in the event of the arrest of the petl-tl-oner/A2 wI'th regard to thI-S Crime, he shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satI'SfaCtiOn Of the arrestl'ng police officials and also on condition that he sha" make hl'mself available for investigation as and when required and that he sha" not cause any threat, I'nduCement or proml'se to the prosecution witnesses.
