Learned counsel aPPear'lng On behalf Of the Petitioners Submits that there are long-standing disputes between defacto complainant and the accused in respect of management of sri Katikoteswara Swamy Temple. ln connection With that, there Were d'lSPuteS between them. On the said date of incident, when the defacto compla'lnant was walking, AI was alleged to have beat helm With Stick, resulting the defaCtO COmPlainant sustained fracture. Learned counsel for the Petitioners Submits that because of falling, the said fracture is said to have occurred to the defacto complainant, who is aged about 78 years. He further stated that lst petitioner is aged 71 years. 6) Taking into the age of the lSt accused and also the age of the defacto complainant i.e. 78 years, this Court is inclined to grant the prayer of anticipatory bail to the accused. 7) Accordingly, in the event of arrest of petitioners/accused with regard to this crime, they shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
