Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file a supplementary affidavit annexing therewith the proof of deposit of Rs.20,000/- as cash security in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No.111 of 2024 in terms of the order dated 06.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1503 of 2025. List this Cr.M.P. after filing of the said supplementary affidavit. It is made clear that the said supplementary affidavit must be filed within six weeks from the date of this order; failing which, this Cr.M.P. shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. The learned court concerned is directed to accept Rs.20,000/- as cash security, if tendered by the petitioner in connection with Kenduadih P.S.
