The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 21, 22, 27 and 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Chatra. On 27.10.2024, Chatra Sadar police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused from Nawada, Baraini forest. On search, 410 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. Quantum of seized brown sugar come within the purview of commercial quantity. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
