Heard the parties. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 221, 132, 324(2), 121(1), 121(2), 125(a), 125(b), 351(2), 352, 111(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 4. On 05.09.2025, at about 10:05 a.m., the informant came to know that two groups of people variously armed were trying to take possession of the land appertaining to Khata No. 09, Plot No. 2992 at village Kalapathar. The police party reached to the place of occurrence. The accused persons assaulted the police parties, causing injury. 5. It was submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that several similarly placed co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro, or her successor, in connection with Chas (M) P.S.
