Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner herein, had approached the Andhra Pradesh Sales Tax Tribunal, being aggrieved by the Orders passed against the petitioner. As there was no power to grant stay, available under the provisions of the A.P. V.A.T. Act, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present Writ Petitions, for stay of recovery of amount of tax, which was the subject matters of Tax Revision Cases. 2 RRR,J & HN,J W.P.Nos.10559, 10576 & 10569 of 2009 2. This Court, in the year, 2010, by way of an interim direction, had granted stay of collection of disputed tax, subject to payment of 50% of the disputed tax. It is stated that the said amounts have been deposited. 3. In view of the fact that, these T.R.C.s are still pending and more than 15 years elapsed, it would be appropriate to dispose of these Writ Petitions by affirming the earlier interim orders of stay, pending disposal of the T.R.C.s, subject to the condition of payment of 50% of the tax. As the said amount has already been paid, no further amounts need to be paid till the disposal of the T.R.C.s. 4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
