In essence, the petitioner wants certain information. Appropriate remedy for such information would be to approach the authorities under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Filing of this writ petition would not be appropriate course for such purpose. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the competent forum in the light of the observations made, this writ petition is consigned to the records.
