Therefore, the petitioner has given representations to the respondent-Commissioner of Bangalore Development Authority and the Special Land Acquisition Officer to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pay compensation to the petitioner. 2. In the considered opinion of this Court, such a representation cannot be considered by the respondents. The City Civil Court has passed certain orders, admittedly, on 10.08.2010, by virtue of which the compensation amount has been disbursed. Even if it is a case of mistaken identity and the petitioner should have received the compensation, this is a - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15809 WP No. 31976 of 2024 matter that is required to be considered on an appeal filed by the petitioner or in terms of the provisions of the statute governing the disbursement of compensation. That being the case, this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed while reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal or question the said disbursement of compensation in favour of some other persons in accordance with law.
