Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:- “i) To issue the writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned report dated 11.09.2025 for recommendations of the Board of Officers regarding C & TS Cadre Strength and other amendments in R&P Rules, 2010 contained in Annexure P-15 in the interest of justice. Further the respondents My kindly be directed to implement the R & P Rules, 2010. ii) To issue the writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to investigate the request/complaint dated 23.05.2025 in just and fair manner from the independent authorized officers or Special Investigation Team (SIT) may be constituted for the same.” 2.
