The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the court of Ms. J. Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Koderma. On 13.07.2025 at about 5:10 A.M., Satgawan police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a Bolero bearing registration No.BR.- 09M-3099 from Pokhardiha. On search, 264 liters of English liquor were recovered from the said vehicle. Petitioner happens to be the driver of the said vehicle. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for three months. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. J. Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Koderma or her successor, in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) October 17, 2025 Jay/-
