An Application has been filed on behalf of the Applicant Anuradha Jain Complainant for impleadment as a party in the present Petition. 2. It has been noticed that the present Petition has already been disposed of vide Order dated 17.02.2025. The question of impleadment, therefore, does not arise. 3. The main grievance made in the Application is that vide Order dated 17.02.2025 the Petitioner has been given the liberty to approach the Registry and submit the documents which are required to be digitized. His grievance is that the petitioner may not be permitted to submit his own documents for digitization and secondly, whatever documents which are This is a digitally signed order. Furthermore, in case the Petitioner seeks the digitization of some documents which are part of the Court record, but not readable. The same may be taken only with a separate Index. 6.
