Heard Ms.C.Jhansi Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 as well as Mr.G.Ramana Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. 3. On hearing, learned Standing Counsel submits that the present impugned notice issued by the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.b4/6944/2015/A2/ Admn., dated 13.08.2015 inviting applications for Trusteeship is for a period of two years, which has ended long back. Therefore, learned Standing Counsel submits that, nothing survives in the present writ petition for any adjudication and hence, it may be closed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute to the above submissions. 5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 6.
