On 7th March, 2025, this case was directed to be listed peremptorily since counsel for the appellant was not present. Today also none appears for the appellant. We are informed that notices were attempted to be served upon counsel for the appellant, but the same is refused. It is also submitted that appellant has already joined at the transferred place and, therefore, the mater otherwise is rendered infructuous. In that view of the matter, the delay condonation application as well as the appeal are dismissed for want of prosecution.
