This writ petition is filed claiming the following relief: “…To issue any writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of 2nd Respondent in issuing corrigendum dated 18.10.2024 to tender notice No.4.11/APMSIDC/2024-25, dated 17.09.2024, without even issuing paper publication and thereby extending the bid time is illegal, arbitrary, unfair, unreasonable and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and to consequently set aside the same and further direct the 2nd Respondent to issue fresh tender notification as per law by giving reasonable time to the bidders to participate in respect of the subject work and to pass such other order or orders...” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents submits that the Respondents had revoked the subject tender notice dated 17.09.2024 and consequential corrigendum dated 18.10.2024 and decided to issue the tender notification afresh. In view of the same no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of and the Respondents are permitted to issue the tender notification afresh. There shall be no order as to costs.
