Petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking production of the corpus who happens to be daughter of the petitioner. 2. Corpus has been produced before the Court. She is aged 25 years and has stated before the Court that she has entered into a registered marriage. She is not in any illegal detention. Considering the statement made by the corpus before the Court, we do not find any force in the present habeas corpus petition. 4. Accordingly, the present habeas corpus petition is dismissed. Corpus is free to go to the place of her choice. 5. Mr. Nandlal Nehra, SHO Police Station Sanganer Sadar, District Jaipur (South) is directed to ensure that the corpus and her husband are safely escorted to her in-laws place situated at Niwai District Tonk.
