Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that as per the orders of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Allagadda, permission was accorded to close the HA Sheet No.95 against the petitioner, basing on the order of this Court dated 15.07.2022 in W.P.No.26388 of 2018 and accordingly, proceedings were issued vide C.No.47/BC/SDPO-ALG-2023, dated 05.01.2023 and therefore, the impugned habitual offender sheet opening against the petitioner was closed. 4. In the light of submissions made by Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, nothing remains for further adjudication in the writ petition. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
