The order dated 10.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3136 of 2025 in Cr.No.297 of 2025 of Arilova Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner/Accused No.3 is hereby modified as under: i.
