1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
“(a) for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of certiorari to set aside / - 2 - W.P.(C) No.4949 of 2023
2025:JHHC:35101 quash the order dated 17.06.2022, passed in Fraudulent Registration Case No. 43/2019-20, by the Deputy Commissioner Ranchi, whereby and where- under the aforesaid matter is being kept in abeyance till further order in view of departmental circular issued by Joint Inspector General of Revenue, Registration, and Land Reforms Department and further be pleased to direct the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi to proceed with the matter in
order to secure the ends of justice. (Annexure-8). (b) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) /
order(s) /direction(s) to conduct an enquiry into the matter by the competent authority as the entire immovable property recorded in the name of Santosh Teli, admeasuring an area equivalent to 8.52 acre comes under the cloud by virtue of creating forged sale deed in a fraudulent manner with help of the office of Sub - Registrar Ranchi.”
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law, i.e., civil as well as criminal.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands
disposed of.
