The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.255 of 2025 arising out of Ichak P.S. Case No. 126/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35, 25(6), 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Hazaribag. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.517 of 2025 by order dated 27.01.2025 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. On 08.10.2024, Ichak Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons and on search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Hazaribag, in connection with S.T.
