ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the online application and not mutating the name of the Petitioner in the Revenue Records for the land in Sy.No.346/A to an extent of Ac.0.87 cents of Piduguralla Village and Mandal, Guntur District, even after submitting the required documents as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and against the principles of Natural Justice and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to mutate the name of the Petitioner in the Revenue Records for the said land and to pass such other order or orders.…”

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not processing the petitioner’s online application and not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the land in Sy.No.346/A to an extent of Ac.0.87 cents of Piduguralla Village and Mandal, Guntur District.
3. Heard Ms.A.V.Sai Harshitha, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished written instructions dated 15.10.2025, addressed by the Tahsildar, Piduguralla (which forms part of record), wherein it is stated that an endorsement
3 dated 25.06.2025 was issued to the petitioner, informing to produce documentary evidences stands in petitioner’s favour to the land admeasuring Ac.0.87 cents in Sy.No.346-A of Piduguralla Village. However, the petitioner has not submitted any documents. Hence, the respondents are unable to mutate the name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner draws attention of this Court to paragraph No.7 of the writ affidavit, wherein it is stated that required documents mentioned in the endorsement dated 25.06.2025 have been submitted by the petitioner and even after submitting the required documents, the respondent No.2 neither mutated nor processed the petitioner’s application. Learned counsel further submits that written instructions indicate that the respondents have acted malafide against the petitioner and hence, prays to direct the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.

As it is asserted in the affidavit that the petitioner has submitted all relevant documents as per endorsement dated 25.06.2025, the respondent No.2 is directed to process the petitioner’s application, in accordance with law, and, if it is otherwise in order, mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records by following due procedure.
7. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
