This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4, 5 and 7 in interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the land an extent of Ac. 5.80 cents situated in Sy.No. 320 /A , Sy. No. 320/B an extent of 8. 32 Cents and in Sy. No 321 /B an extent of 1.91 Cents. of Peddahotur Village of Aluru Mandal, Kurnool District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4, 5 and 7 not to interfere in the petitioners possession and enjoyment of the land an extent of Ac. 5.80 cents situated in Sy.No. 320 /A , Sy. No. 320/B an extent of 8. 32 Cents and in Sy. No 321 /B an extent of 1.91 Cents. of Peddahotur Village of Aluru Mandal, Kurnool District, in the interest of justice.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and hence, the petition may be disposed of. 3. None represented for the Petitioners. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
