In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed, notices are not being issued to O.P. No. 2. 3. The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the Trial Court to decide the Complaint Case No.324 of 2019 (Amjad Shah Vs. Sainija), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Sardhana, District Meerut, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Meerut expeditiously. 2. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the rival parties, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings in terms of Sub-Section (3) of Section 143 of N.I. Act, after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of 10 days at a stretch. 4. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
