The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “1. It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 may kindly be pleased to revise the order dated 02.07.2022, passed by the learned Family Court, Bemetara in case bearing number Cr.M.J.C. No. 296/2021 vide which the said Court, while adjudicating upon the application under Section 125, Code of Criminal Procedure, preferred by the Applicants, granted a monthly subsistence/ maintenance of Rs. 3,000 (Three Thousand) to Petitioner No. 2 only by granting/ enhancing the monthly subsistence/maintenance payable to the Petitioners. 2. Further, It is also prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to pay the freshly granted amount/enhanced amount of monthly subsistence/maintenance from the date of institution of application under Section 125, Code of Criminal Procedure i.e. 20.12.2020. 3. Any other relief this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant looking to the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice, Equity and Good Conscience.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and living together happily. 3 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and living together happily. 5.
