This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.6/District Magistrate, Saharanpur in considering the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated January 31, 2025. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.6/District Magistrate, Saharanpur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated January 31, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.6/District Magistrate, Saharanpur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated January 31, 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent no.7. 5.
