Grievance raised by petitioner in this writ petition is that petitioner though Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 stood retired as Government servant but Respondent-authorities not gave benefit of leave encashment. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that identical issue came up for consideration before this Court in batch of writ petitions lead case being WPS-3870 of 2021 (Faguvaram Patel and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh) came to be allowed vide order dated 30.09.2022, wherein Court directed to grant leave encashment and surrender leave to petitioners within specified time and he prays for similar relief in this case also. 3. Learned State counsel submits that claim of petitioner will also be considered in light of order passed in Faguvaram Patel (supra), in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner as also the State counsel based on decision in WPS-3870 of 2021, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-authorities to consider the claim of petitioner for grant of leave encashment in the light of order passed in WPS- 3870 of 2021 on 30.09.2022, within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and supporting documents. 5.
