ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in not complying the orders passed by the SpI. Asst. Agent to Govt./Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem in proceedings Roc.E.No.949074, dated- 20.09.2017 as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C. and consequentially direct the respondents to take necessary action against the Respondent No.4 as per the orders of the SpI. Asst.Agent to Govt./ Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem, dated- 20.09.2017 in accordance with law.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar,
learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition and hence the petition may be disposed of.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
