1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming that his non-practicing allowance should be considered for calculation of the pension of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that with respect to the claim of the petitioner, he made his representation on 25.07.2024 to the respondent No.6 claiming that his non-practicing allowance should be calculated for grant of is pension, but till date the said representation has not been decided by the respondent No.6, and therefore, the authorities may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents would submit that they have no objection, if such a direction is being made to the authorities concerned to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024, in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition.

Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.6 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 (Annexure P/8) within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and also
3 in view of the existing rules and circulars of the State Government holding the field.
6. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the respondent No.6 within two weeks from today.
