The petitioner claims to be a second wife of deceased Shri Premanand Patre. It is the grievance that the family pension is made payable only to the first wife and that the petitioner being the second wife is denied the pensionary benefits only because the family details are not recorded in the register of the GIDC. The petitioner claims a share in the family pension. 2. Considering the nature of the relief claimed, at this stage, notice to GIDC is not necessary. The GIDC- respondent No.2 to treat 6th March, 2025 2025:BHC-GOA:355-DB WP 98 of 2025 the present petition as a representation and take a decision on such representation within a period of six weeks from the date when this order along with the copy of the petition is placed on record.
