1. Present petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C., for seeking quashing of Criminal Complaint No.2376, dated 20.03.2014 (Annexure P- 17), titled as, “Poonam Pawar v. State of UT and others” under Section 420 & 120-B of IPC, pending in the Court of Ld. JMIC, Chandigarh and the summoning order dated 29.01.2016 (Annexure P-18), passed by Ld. JMIC against the petitioners by taking cognizance u/s 420 & 120-B of IPC, in the aforementioned complaint.
2. On the very outset, counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of instant petition before this Court, petitioners have already been discharged by the Ld. Trial Court vide its order dated 06.05.2025, and in view of this, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
