The Petition is filed raising objection to the illegal construction in the form of RCC construction in the property bearing Survey No.4/1 of Village Chicolna, Bogmalo belonging to the Communidade of Chicolna and being aggrieved by the inaction of the Respondent No.5 to compley with the directions issued by the Collector. 58-wp-227-2024 24th March 2025 2. The learned Counsel representing Respondent No.5 and 6 has placed before us a Notice issued to several individuals in exercise of powers conferred by Article 371(2) read with Article 372 of the Code of Communidade notifying them to vacate the land immediately upon receipt of the Show Cause Notice and also indicating that if the structure is not removed within the specified period, it shall be removed at the expense of the individuals. 3. The learned Counsel categorically make a statement that the Notice issued by the Administrator of Communidade, South Goa, Margao, will be taken to its logical end within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.
