Both these Bail Applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Daltonganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406/420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 4. It is alleged that the petitioners had enticed several persons to deposit money in the given Bank account after giving allurement that the money will be invested in the Financial Institutions and the profit will be paid to them on their investment. 5. The learned Counsel on behalf of the State was directed to file counter- affidavit specifically stating whether the money was deposited in the Bank account. 6. Counter-affidavit has been filed. 2 7. It has not been specifically mentioned that the money was transferred by the victim in the Bank account of the petitioners. 8. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Daltonganj (Town) P.S.
