The present application is filed by the applicant- husband of corpus- Sanjana, who is in custody of respondent no.5- Nari Kendra, Palanpur. 3. Ms. Jhaveri, learned APP mentions that the corpus - R/SCR.A/6517/2025 ORDER DATED: 06/05/2025 Sanjanaben is present before the Court and in view thereof the matter is taken-up for hearing. 4. We have interacted with Sanjanaben and she is willing to reside with the petitioner herein, i.e. Thakor Nikulkumar Nanjibhai. We have perused the marriage registration certificate, which is duly produced on record dated 21.04.2025 at Annexure-A. 5. Upon request made by Mr. Yash Goplani, learned advocate appearing for the applicant that parties be protected, till they reach their residential address, i.e. '135/900, Gujarat Housing Board, Khodiyarnagar, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad'. The aforesaid address is supplied by Mr. Yash Goplani, learned advocate appearing for the applicant, where the applicant and Sanjaben will reside. 6. In the interest of justice, necessary protection be given, to the petitioner herein and Sanjanaben to the aforesaid extent. 7.
