The petitioner in person has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s) : “a. Direct ex-party the respondents no.1 and 2 directing them to constitute a board of doctors immediately to examine the health of the respondent no.4 mentally ill person and / or b. Direct ex-party the respondent no.3 to release Sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- forthwith in favour of the petitioner for the adequate medical treatment of respondent no.4; c. Any other direction or relief may be passed which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.” 2. It is informed by learned counsels appearing for the respondents that the petitioner in person has filed this petition on the ground that respondent No.4, who was the brother of the petitioner and a retired IAS officer, was not in a fit state of mind and therefore, he was hospitalized. On his account, sufficient funds were lying but as he was not in a fit state of mind, the present petition was filed seeking a direction to the State Bank of India, Motimahal Branch, Gwalior to release the funds. 3. It is informed that respondent No.4, the brother of the petitioner is no more thus nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. It is also intimated that the medical bills of Rs.1,92,000/- have not been paid to the Post-Graduate Institute of Behavioural and Medical Sciences, opposite Rajkumar College Raipur (C.G.). The fund is lying with the Bank as per the order passed by this Court on 16.03.2022. The petitioner and the Deputy Collector nominated by the Collector Raipur (C.G.) may submit medical bills along with a request letter. The respondent-Bank after verification of those bills is directed to transfer the amount to the hospital 3 directly. 4.
